Rules of residence

Hotel policy 

• Check-in time at the hotel is 14:00 (local time)
• Standard time for the check-out is 12:00 (local time)
• Reception is working 24 hours
• A minimum staying is 1 night.  If guest’s accommodation is less than 1 night anyway the full payment for the room will be taken.
• If the guest’s accommodation is between 00:00 and 12:00 hours of the same  check-out day  the payment will be taken not more than for the half of the 1 night accommodation – with no prior reservation only
• Late check-out  (after  12:00) is possible but is additionally paid:

Payment for the late check-out between 12:00 and 18:00 – is for the each hour.

Payment for the late check-out between 18:00 and 21:00 (local time) – is 50% from the room’s rate.

• Check-out after 23:59 will be payable in a size of 100% according to the room’s rate on that very moment.
• Accommodation with pets is prohibited.
• Payment for the accommodation at the hotel is taken at check-in according to the rooms’ rate, confirmed by the hotel authority. The payment could be taken by cash, by the credit card or with the help of 3d person but ONLY in Rubles.
• For the safe keeping documents, money, passports and other values PLEASE use SAFETY BOX in your room. Please keep the door of your room closed whenever you are in or out of the room.

Guests’ obligations

• The guest should comply with the rules of conduct during his stay at the hotel, protect the property of the hotel from damage. 
• The amount of damage is confirmed by a local act drawn up on the day of proof of damage.
• Guests must be quiet and not disturb other guests
• Guests should observe fire regulations at the hotel and surrounding territory, switch off the lights, TV and other electrical appliances, close windows and doors when he is leaving his room.
• On the day of departure, the guest must pay for all additional services that he had, such as international calls, laundry, etc., inform the administrator at the reception of their departure and return the room key

It is prohibited at the hotel and surrounding territory

• to move furniture in the room;
• to keep  arms, weapons, explosive liquids, highly flammable matters, corrosive and poisonous substances;
• to keep pets, birds, reptiles and other animals in the rooms;
• to smoke at the hotel and non-smoking areas;
• to drink alcohol on the territory of the hotel and be in the state of alcoholic, toxic  or narcotic intoxication;
• to make noise or disturb other guests after 23:00.

1. The guest has the right to file a complaint if he is not satisfied with the service he is getting at the hotel. There is a book of offers and complains on the reception desk.
2. The hotel administration does not bear any responsibility for the safety of money, documents or other valuables, left by the guest in his room.
3. The hotel reserves the right to visit the room without guest’s consent in case of smoke, fire, any leakage as well as in case of non-compliance with the rules and regulations of the hotel.
4. Please note that the property may refuse to check in if the guest is under the influence of alcohol or drug intoxication.
